version is Xtrac 2.02. |

please send us a email (service@fortuna.com.tw)
for us to check if your Clip-on is with
2.02 firmware version. |

version and you want to upgrade your firmware,
we let our dealers deal with the firmware
upgrade for our Clip-on GPS receiver,

Switch on the Clip-On BTGPS. |

Turn on your device. |

Go to “Bluetooth Manager” on your device. |

Select “Search for BT devices”. |

After found the” Clip-On BTGPS” then
“Select” and “Save” it. |

Go to “Action” and select “SPP slave.” |

Enter the pass key “0000” if required. |

Click on the “Clip-On BTGPS” icon and
then a 2 way arrow shows the Bluetooth
is linking. |

The Clip-On Bluetooth GPS LED light
should be on and it means the Bluetooth

Do not use auto detecting mode. Manually

How to switch ST / XT Mode
of Clip-on? |

The image to the below is currently showing
the Fortuna in ST mode (with the pin prick hole
on the left), switching the Fortuna off and
pushing this pin hole to the right will move
it into XT mode, but this can only be done when
the GPS is off, as the slider to the left covers
the hole, and Fortuna are doing something special
here by gating between different chips so you
do have to have the GPS Receiver powered off
for this. |

need to buy an additional cable to connect U2

Please note you have to use
Fortuna made USB cable to update the firmware
and when you use the cable, it is better to

rechargeable batteries instead of normal batteries? |

GPSmart can be used with
AAA rechargable battery. However, the rechargable
battery can not be charged by GPSmart external

please go to “SETTING” and then “BLUETOOTH”
